Diana first began practicing yoga as a form of exercise over 10 years ago while working full-time in the corporate world. It was through this that she discovered an inner strength that has inspired her everyday life. Diana walked out of each class feeling taller and more balanced. She noticed an increase in strength around her joints and overall flexibility leading her to embrace the flow and movement in both body and mind. From this a true passion for yoga was born. Diana went on to complete her teacher training certification in 2011. Initially falling deeply in love with hot yoga. Since recently becoming a mother,  Diana understands now more than ever the important role that yoga plays in her life. Not only because of the many physical benefits but because of the clarity and balance it brings.
