KIDS YOGA - 45 minute sessions – 1x/week
Bringing the joy of yoga to children! This fun and active yoga class incorporates games, music and books to engage children bodies and minds. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Ages 3 - 5
Kids – 6-12 years old
KINDER: PLAY BREATHE BLOOM YOGA
Kinder Play Breathe Bloom is for ages 5 -6. It is a time for Kinders to have one hour of unobstructed play before taking time to connect to breath, body and mindful moments. This class is a 1 hour and 30 minute non parented class. The last Friday of each month.We will provide yoga mats for this class. Please bring a water bottle.
FAMILY YOGA AGES 3 - 5 YEARS -45 minute session 1x/week
Interactive with songs, dancing, movement and yoga this special family class is designed for children under 5 years old. During the class the instructor will lead children/families through make believe, magic and activities approved from infancy and to preschool. Class is ended with time to connect and settle the mind and body. No yoga experience necessary. All families welcome.
We will provide mats for this class.
FAMILY YOGA AGES 6 - 12 YEARS - 45 minute session 1x/week
A wonderful class to connect parents with their children. Moving through an interactive yoga class that helps build strength, stamina and flexibility. Individual and partner yoga poses are explored in a fun and playful environment. Class is ended with time to relax and settle the mind and body. All families are welcome, children aged 5 -12 is recommended.No yoga experience is needed.We will provide mats for this class
FAMILY YOGA 18 - 36 MONTHS -30 minute session 1x/week
This fun interactive program is a parented class to connect guardians to their newly moving little movers. Enjoy song, dance, stories, music and yoga poses during this 30 min interactive program. 18 - 36 months. No previous yoga necessary.

PEACEFUL PRESCHOOLER –45 minute 1x/week
Peaceful Preschooler yoga is for ages 3-5 year old's to connect to their body, breath and brain. Lead by fun interactive teachers, preschoolers will embrace literacy through yoga movement, music and stories. This class is a 45 minute non parented class.

PRENATAL YOGA for STRENGTH
6 week program – 1 hour sessions – 1x/week
A flowing yoga class that helps you gain strength and flexibility through all trimesters of pregnancy, while teaching you movements and yoga poses to strengthen and tone the muscles and organs needed for labor and delivery and to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts. Our prenatal classes are for women at all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary.
EMPOWERED PRENATAL - 1 hour session - 1x/week
An empowering and supportive yoga class that helps you gain strength and flexibility through all trimesters of pregnancy, while teaching you poses to strengthen and tone the muscles needed for labor and delivery. Empowered prenatal yoga will address common questions and discomforts in pregnancy through breath, movement, strength and relaxation. Our prenatal classes are for women at all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary.
MOMMY & BABY YOGA – 1 hour sessions – 1x/week
This flowing class is a wonderful way to not only connect with your new baby but to move through a strengthening class. Special emphasis is put on regaining core tone and flexibility, alleviating aches and discomforts associated with having a new baby, and learning how to relax through breath work. All moms are welcome, babies can be 4-6weekes until 1 year.
ZEN HOUR -1 hour sessions – 1x/week
The first half of this class is aimed to fire up the body through a vigorous flow, aiming to build heat and strength within the body. For the second half we melt into our yin practice, where we stretch deeply and practice restorative poses. No yoga experience necessary.
BODY POSITIVE – 1 hour sessions – 1x/wee
Yoga is for all bodies and all abilities. No two bodies are shaped the same, from the rotation of our hips, to the shape of our pelvis and the joints in our shoulders. The beginner bodies class is an inclusive, positively lead class no matter how you identify your body. Plus size, petite, limited mobility, new to yoga and looking for a new perspective on yoga are all welcome. Ability to touch your toes is not required.

MOM & DAUGHTER YOGA (workshop coming soon)
The bond between a mom and her daughter is unlike any other. Join us for this wonderful, empowering class connecting moms and their daughters though movement, partner poses, and many other engaging activities. Ages 8 - 12 No previous yoga necessary.
DAD & DUDE YOGA (workshop coming soon)
Through stories, yoga, and movement (and the occasional Dad joke) we aim to create a a space for Dads to connect with their little Dudes. No Yoga experience necessary.
